To help us provide the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for any necessary paperwork and ensures we can begin your service promptly—helping us stay on schedule for all patients.

If you’re receiving a facial or skin treatment, please arrive with a clean face and no makeup. This will help maximize your appointment time and ensure the most effective results.

We understand that life gets busy and unexpected things come up. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service fee.

All clients will be required to place a credit card on file before booking.

We charge a $100 consultation fee, which can be applied to your account and used toward any service, product, or treatment within 30 days of your visit.

Your consultation includes up to one hour with Dr. Reiswig for injectable services, or with one of our licensed aestheticians for skincare and body treatments. We also use advanced Observ360 imaging to assess your skin beneath the surface, allowing us to design a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

During your visit, we’ll take the time to discuss your lifestyle, goals, and concerns—so we can recommend the most effective path forward for your skin and body.
